Postage & Delivery

Here’s some useful information about how we get our products to you:

• Place an order before 4pm on a weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we’ll dispatch it within 24 hours!
• Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday)
• We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

UK orders

We offer the following delivery types

• Royal Mail 1st Class & 2nd Class.
• Royal Mail 1st Class & 2nd Class 'Track & Trace'.

Pre-Orders

If you order an item which is 'Pre-Order' and an item which is in stock, both items will be shipped together once all items are in stock.

Overseas orders

We offer the following:

• Economy Shipping as standard
• If you wish to pay for a premium service, please contact us.

We’ll send you an email once your order is dispatched so you can check on your order status. If you have any queries about your order, please contact us shop@awpet.com

*We ship within 24 hours if you order before 4pm 99% of the time. Due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur however, this is not guaranteed. Although we dispatch the same day 99% of the time, please allow 5-7 days for your item to arrive. We also cannot be held responsible for any Royal Mail strike action.
